About the internship
This role is for a confident on-camera host who can lead podcast conversations, welcome guests, and help shape engaging episodes for a storytelling-focused media brand.
What you will do
- Present and anchor podcast episodes with a polished, professional delivery.
- Introduce guests and guide conversations in an engaging and thoughtful way.
- Stay in touch with guests before recordings and support coordination during shoots.
- Study podcast topics in advance and draft relevant interview questions.
- Support the production crew during podcast recording sessions.
- Represent the TVT brand professionally while appearing on camera.

Requirements
- Strong Hindi communication skills; English fluency is an added advantage.
- Confident personality with a strong presence on camera.

- Comfort working from the Gurgaon office.
Stipend
The monthly stipend is ₹17,000 to ₹23,000, made up of fixed pay of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 and incentive pay of ₹2,000 to ₹3,000.
