Host & Anchor Internship

About the internship

This role is for a confident on-camera host who can lead podcast conversations, welcome guests, and help shape engaging episodes for a storytelling-focused media brand.

What you will do

• Present and anchor podcast episodes with a polished, professional delivery.
• Introduce guests and guide conversations in an engaging and thoughtful way.
• Stay in touch with guests before recordings and support coordination during shoots.
• Study podcast topics in advance and draft relevant interview questions.
• Support the production crew during podcast recording sessions.
• Represent the TVT brand professionally while appearing on camera.

Who can apply

This internship is open to candidates who can join full-time in person, are available for a 5-month internship, can begin between 9 Jul 2026 and 13 Aug 2026, and are based in Gurgaon. Applicants should have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women restarting or beginning their careers may also apply.

Requirements

• Strong Hindi communication skills; English fluency is an added advantage.
• Confident personality with a strong presence on camera.
• Genuine interest in hosting, anchoring, podcasting, or content creation.
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain a positive attitude.
• Comfort working from the Gurgaon office.

Stipend

The monthly stipend is ₹17,000 to ₹23,000, made up of fixed pay of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 and incentive pay of ₹2,000 to ₹3,000.
