Job description
Role Overview
This position is responsible for the administration and ongoing enhancement of HR technology systems and employee data management procedures. The goal is to maintain accurate, reliable, and efficient HR platforms while providing support throughout the employee lifecycle. Collaborating closely with HR, IT, and business partners, the incumbent will aid in system improvements, reporting functions, and data-driven decision support.
Main Duties
- Act as the lead administrator for HR technology platforms, ensuring optimal performance, data accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Manage employee information, organizational structures, workflows, security roles, and system configurations within the HRMS.
- Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and resolve issues to maintain seamless HR operations.
- Administer HR system workflows throughout the employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, transfers, promotions, organizational adjustments, and separations.
- Guarantee timely and precise processing of employee records and HR transactions in line with defined service levels.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement system-based improvements to boost productivity, accuracy, and user experience.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, documentation protocols, and HR governance standards.
- Create and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics to aid talent management, workforce planning, and strategic decisions.
- Conduct frequent data audits to verify accuracy and completeness of employee data.
- Provide insights from HR data supporting leadership on workforce trends, retention strategies, and organizational performance.
- Define reporting standards and support the development of data-informed HR practices.
- Serve as the primary contact for HRMS-related inquiries, delivering prompt solutions within agreed timelines.
- Work collaboratively with HR, IT, payroll departments, and external vendors on system upgrades, process optimization, and integration projects.
- Engage in HR technology initiatives including upgrades, digitization projects, and propose operational improvements enhancing efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Between four to six years of experience in HR technology, HR operations, or HRMS management roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and data governance principles.
- Practical experience with HRMS platforms, workflow configuration, and generating HR reports.
- Strong analytical abilities with expertise in workforce reporting, dashboard creation, and HR analytics.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and related data management tools.
- Experience supporting HR system improvements, including implementations, testing phases, and automation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude, stakeholder engagement, and communication competencies.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with HR digital transformation and continuous process enhancement methods is a plus.
