Job description
Overview
This role oversees comprehensive project operations focusing on high-end residential and commercial construction projects, including luxury flooring, interior fit-outs, and related civil works.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing various construction and finishing processes such as civil works, flooring types including wood and epoxy, interior fit-outs, waterproofing, concrete, terrazzo/stone surfaces, microcement, microconcrete, and substrate preparation.
- Coordinating site activities and ensuring seamless collaboration among teams on ground.
Candidate Profile
- Educational background: Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Civil, Construction Management, or Interior Design; MBA in Operations is advantageous.
- A minimum of five years' experience executing operations or projects within premium flooring, luxury interiors, upscale construction, or surface finishing industries.
- Proven experience managing multiple lavish residential and commercial developments such as HNI homes, villas, offices, and hotels.
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated skills in managing teams, contractors, vendors, and liaison with architects and clients.
- Excellent skills in strategic planning, problem resolution, quality assurance, and commercial management.
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required.
- The role is structured to progressively relieve the founder from operational execution responsibilities.
