Electrician

Position Summary

Execura Staffing and Recruitment Consultancy seeks experienced Electricians with 1 to 2 years in electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Candidates preferably hold ITI certification in Electrician/Electrical Trade or equivalent technical qualifications. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct installation, wiring, and electrical connections including switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, panels, and machinery.
• Read and interpret basic electrical drawings and wiring diagrams to ensure correct connections and functioning.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs of electrical systems, machinery, motors, control panels ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults using testing instruments like multimeters; promptly perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Follow safety protocols rigorously by using PPE, isolating power when servicing equipment, maintaining orderly workspace, and reporting hazards.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and collaborate with maintenance, production, and other teams to complete tasks timely.
• Record maintenance activities, report issues, and manage electrical tools and equipment responsibly.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical installation and maintenance, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Practical knowledge of electrical wiring, components, panels, switches, motors, and machinery electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical faults independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment such as multimeters.
• Good understanding of electrical safety standards and procedures.
• ITI – Electrician/Electrical Trade qualification preferred; relevant technical certifications considered.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance and control panels.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and machinery electrical connections.
• Capability to foresee potential electrical problems and prevent breakdowns.

Compensation and Other Details

• Salary range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, determined based on experience, skill set, and overall suitability.
• Openings available: 2
• Work is fully on-site.
• Immediate joining preferred, short notice considered.
