Job description
Job Summary
As a Cart Attendant at Walmart Supercenter #1606 in Hixson, TN, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first and last shopping experience for customers. Your primary duties include collecting carts from the parking area, using equipment to transport carts inside the store, and ensuring that all carts are clean and well-maintained. This position requires maintaining a cheerful and professional attitude regardless of weather conditions.
Compensation
- Hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27, always meeting or surpassing the legal minimum wage for the job location.
- Additional pay may be provided through annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Situational premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour can be earned, based on factors such as schedule, work location, season, or particular tasks. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are fulfilled.
Work Schedule and Location
Employment options include full-time and part-time roles, with shifts available during mid-shift and closing hours at Walmart Supercenter located at 5764 Highway 153, Hixson, TN 37343.
