Internship Role Description
As a Video Content Creator intern, you will play a critical role in producing and managing engaging video content that highlights ongoing projects and the natural building process at Mitti Vanam. This opportunity includes hands-on involvement in shooting, editing, and publishing content across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce daily video content that showcases Mitti Vanam’s constructions and philosophies.
- Film Reels, Shorts, project updates, behind-the-scenes footage, and demonstrations involving Aditya Sharma.
- Capture videos of construction activities, materials, craftsmen at work, and natural-building methods in action.
- Edit footage including cutting, adding music, subtitles, graphics, and applying basic visual effects tailored for different social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create shorter video formats from longer recordings to maximize content usage.
- Craft basic captions, hooks, and descriptions for posts, and schedule content for publication.
- Organize and maintain an efficient library of raw and edited video resources.
- Monitor the engagement and performance of posted content and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Suggest fresh ideas and formats for future content inspired by Mitti Vanam’s projects and activities.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship in Hyderabad for six months starting between September 22, 2026, and October 27, 2026.
- Candidates should possess necessary video content creation skills and have a keen interest in the field.
Additional Requirements
- Preference given to candidates with their own camera or a high-quality smartphone.
- Experience producing Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts is favored.
- Applicants with a portfolio of original videos will be prioritized.
- An interest in architecture, design, natural building, sustainability, art, or filmmaking is advantageous.
- Comfortable visiting construction and project sites for filming purposes.
- Strong attention to visual detail and storytelling ability.
- Self-motivated and capable of operating independently.
- Willingness to appear on camera occasionally if needed.
- Proficiency in Telugu and English communication is preferred.
Stipend and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging between INR 12,000 and INR 15,000.
