Internship Overview
This internship offers an opportunity to support the Instagram page "Our Life in Miles" by creating engaging short montage reels. The role goes beyond simple video editing, demanding ideation, scripting, clip curation, and final video production.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly identify trending Instagram formats, audios, and styles.
- Conceptualize original reel ideas focused on themes of travel, fitness, adventure, relationships, and lifestyle.
- Compose compelling hooks and concise scripts incorporating elements like POVs, lists, and text overlays.
- Choose appropriate footage from a curated content library.
- Edit dynamic reels with smooth pacing, music integration, and text, ideally using the Instagram Edits app.
- Craft captions ranging from brief supportive lines to comprehensive narratives complementing the reels.
- Produce reels possibly under 10 seconds, where the main message appears on screen and the extended story is in the caption.
- Analyze past content to align with the channel's voice and audience preferences.
- Organize content workflow to ensure steady creation and timely delivery.
- Deliver 20 fully polished, publish-ready montage reels monthly, covering all stages from idea to edit.
