About the Internship

ARLaang Technologies invites language enthusiasts to join as Translation Interns. This internship offers hands-on involvement in real language projects, enhancing skills in translation, proofreading, and maintaining high language quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Precisely translate documents and text between English and Indian/regional languages, ensuring the original tone and context are preserved.
• Exhibit strong command of both source and target languages for clear and contextually accurate translations.
• Review translated materials to identify and rectify mistakes in grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, spelling, and meaning.
• Perform thorough proofreading and quality assurance to maintain translation accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure uniformity in terminology, style, formatting, and meaning across various translation tasks.
• Use MS Word and MS Excel to organize, manage, and monitor translation projects effectively.
• Adhere to project-specific instructions regarding guidelines, terminology, and formatting provided by teams or clients.
• Collaborate closely with team members to clarify requirements, incorporate corrections, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate initiative to adapt and learn various language content types and project demands.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in English plus at least one Indian or regional language, both spoken and written.
• Sound understanding of grammar, sentence construction, vocabulary, and contextual language application.
• Capability to produce accurate translations that maintain original meaning and intent.
• Preferred experience in translation, proofreading, transcription, editing, or related language tasks.
• Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel tools.
• High attention to detail and dedication to accurate work.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Additional Candidate Information

• Candidates should have personal access to a PC or laptop to support remote work.
• Preference given to applicants familiar with local or regional Hindi dialects.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Women interested in starting or restarting their careers are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants must be available for a two-month duration, beginning between September 1, 2026, and October 6, 2026, and able to work remotely.

• Certificate of internship completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
