Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Telecalling intern, your typical day will involve:

• Initiating outbound calls to potential clients, both cold and warm prospects, to present the company's offerings.
• Managing incoming and outgoing customer communications to provide product/service details, answer queries, and assist with pricing and fundamental troubleshooting.
• Skillfully promoting products or services, overcoming objections, and either converting prospects into customers or arranging follow-up appointments.
• Maintaining precise and updated customer information, call records, and feedback within the company's CRM platform.
• Striving to achieve or surpass set daily and monthly objectives related to call volume, lead creation, and sales targets.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Applicants must be available full-time on-site during the internship period.
• The internship starts between 3rd September 2026 and 8th October 2026.
• Commitment to a 6-month duration is mandatory.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in telecalling responsibilities.

Perks and Working Conditions

• The internship operates five days a week.

Additional Details

Location options include Agra, Bareilly, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Meerut, Greater Noida, Varanasi, Noida, Allahabad, and Kanpur Dehat in India.

The monthly stipend ranges from 25,000 to 35,000 INR.
