Role Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
- Present products or services clearly while addressing any customer questions.
- Maintain continuous communication with potential customers through follow-ups.
- Keep detailed records of calls and regularly update lead data.
- Meet or exceed set daily and weekly targets for calls and conversions.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages.
- Confident and persuasive demeanor.
- Basic familiarity with computer usage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience from 0 to 1 year is preferred.
- Comfortable creating or appearing in social media content, with a good grasp of Instagram and LinkedIn platforms.
- Basic skills in Canva and video editing.
- Proactive, disciplined, and ready to work from the office environment.
- Possession and regular use of an iPhone for content creation is required.
