Their flagship endeavor, 'Hamein Padhao Hamein Badhao,' strives to enhance educational access for marginalized communities by creating learning centers and programs that enable students to break free from poverty and realize their potential.

Internship Responsibilities

• Conduct teaching sessions for several student groups ranging from 6th to 10th grade.
• Keep precise documentation of student attendance, progress, and academic performance.
• Design and prepare daily lesson plans that align with the NGO’s educational objectives.
• Provide individualized academic support to students requiring additional help.
• Assist with managing social media channels for the organization.
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops on topics including health, hygiene, career guidance, and digital literacy.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to commit to part-time work starting between October 17, 2026, and November 21, 2026.
• Must be available for a full duration of 6 months.
• Only candidates residing in Delhi are eligible to apply.
• Relevant skills and interests aligned with teaching and social work are required.
• Women interested in beginning or reentering their professional careers are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• The monthly stipend ranges from ₹16,000 to ₹20,000, which includes a fixed pay of ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 and equivalent incentive pay.
• Interns receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
• Dress code is casual and informal.
