This part-time internship at Scope For Change involves a combination of teaching and administrative responsibilities aimed at supporting educational initiatives within underserved communities. You will engage in instructing students from grades 1 through 12 across multiple subjects while assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of learning programs. Scope For Change is a non-profit that empowers individuals through sustainable development projects focusing on education, women empowerment, environment, social welfare, and health.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruct several classes ranging from 1st to 12th grade covering subjects like Hindi, English, Science, Social Science, and Commerce.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records regarding student attendance, academic progress, and performance metrics.
- Create and plan daily lesson outlines tailored to the educational goals of the organization.
- Provide individualized tutoring to students requiring additional academic support.
- Collaborate closely with fellow volunteers and staff members to advance the NGO's mission and projects.
- Support the NGO’s social media activities to enhance outreach and awareness.
- Organize and conduct workshops on various topics such as health, hygiene, career development, and digital literacy.
