Sarvam Shakti, a distinguished initiative by Sarvam Foundation, offers an empowering educational experience for girls residing in urban slum areas. The program incorporates a creative curriculum enriched with focused training in Indian performing arts and yoga. Additionally, through the Shiksha initiative, students enhance their learning with computer and English education. Known as "Shaktis," these students have proudly represented their talent on national television and on international stages. The initiative aims to build a skills-based learning environment coupled with holistic well-being, thereby nurturing confidence, self-respect, and purpose in marginalized girls. This approach plays a significant role in developing their personalities and preparing them to face life's hurdles.

Intern Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive online English lessons to the students.
• Support students in improving spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and pronunciation skills.
• Create simple and engaging lesson plans along with learning activities.
• Prompt students to actively participate in classroom discussions and activities.
• Offer personalized guidance and constructive feedback to support individual progress.
• Monitor attendance, participation, and academic progress of learners.
• Maintain punctuality and consistency by regularly attending assigned classes.
• Effectively utilize digital teaching platforms and resources.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive online classroom atmosphere.
• Abide by the principles, values, and guidelines established by Sarvam Foundation.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for a remote position with work from home setup.
• Should be able to start the internship between 11th September 2026 and 16th October 2026.
• Available full-time for a 3-month internship duration.
• Possess relevant skills and interest in teaching English.
• The opportunity is particularly welcoming to women looking to begin or re-enter their careers.
• Position exclusively open to females.
