Join PrimePathway as a Talent Acquisition Intern and develop your skills in recruitment and human resources. This work-from-home internship offers hands-on experience in candidate outreach, resume evaluation, and recruitment support within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment. Ideal candidates will have strong English communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage candidates through clear and effective English communication.
- Perform cold calling to potential candidates to discuss job openings.
- Evaluate resumes to shortlist qualified applicants for available roles.
- Support recruitment workflows including scheduling interviews.
- Manage and analyze candidate data using MS Excel.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to assist various hiring initiatives.
