Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities including sourcing and interviewing candidates and liaising with hiring managers.
• Perform resume screening to shortlist suitable applicants and manage candidate databases accurately.
• Support HR operational tasks like maintaining employee records, responding to staff inquiries, and facilitating onboarding processes.
• Work alongside the HR team to devise and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Conduct research on industry best practices to aid the development of HR policies and procedures.
• Improve English communication skills through regular interaction with the team and participation in meetings.
• Engage in various ad-hoc HR projects to enhance professional growth and contribute to departmental success.
