About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a versatile company that provides services across multiple sectors including co-working spaces, residential leasing, management consulting, IT solutions, human resources, and hospitality. The intern will actively participate in candidate sourcing and recruitment processes, aiding in the growth and talent acquisition efforts of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential candidates by leveraging various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment avenues.
- Review and filter resumes to shortlist applicants that align with job criteria.
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ compatibility.
- Arrange interviews and manage communications between candidates and hiring managers.
- Publish and update job listings on recruitment platforms to ensure visibility and reach.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment tracking systems regularly.
- Manage communication follow-ups concerning interview outcomes and onboarding processes.
- Assist in coordinating onboarding activities and support the documentation requirements for new hires.
- Promote a positive candidate engagement experience throughout the hiring pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to align recruitment activities with organizational hiring needs and timelines.
