About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of HR and talent acquisition within a dynamic influencer marketing environment. The selected interns will play a vital role in recruitment activities, employee onboarding, and supporting day-to-day HR operations to foster an engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive recruitment tasks, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain continual communication with candidates to facilitate a positive recruitment experience.
- Assist with employee onboarding by managing documentation, orientation sessions, and formal joining procedures.
- Accurately update and maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with confidentiality.
- Support routine HR operations and administrative tasks to maintain organizational efficiency.
- Organize employee engagement programs, internal events, and initiatives that build company culture.
- Help implement HR policies, processes, and assist in HR-related projects.
- Work collaboratively with different teams to streamline HR processes and offer employee support.
- Prepare various HR reports, keep recruitment trackers up-to-date, and assist in documentation preparation.
- Complete assigned HR duties promptly while adhering to company policies and standards.

Skills and Qualifications
- Completed an MBA or degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong enthusiasm for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficient with digital sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets for tracking purposes.
- Able to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Remuneration and Benefits
