This position involves working alongside the System Administrator to get hands-on experience with advanced technologies including Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. The role is designed for tech-savvy individuals passionate about system operations and project management in a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the System Administrator with managing and maintaining company technology infrastructure.
- Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to enhance communication and operational workflows.
- Work collaboratively with team members to introduce and implement new technological processes.
- Develop and manage project tracking systems to supervise progress on various organizational initiatives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and providing support for daily operational challenges.
- Communicate effectively to share critical updates and insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to data analysis and prepare reports to facilitate evidence-based decision-making.
Eligibility
- Candidates must be available to work remotely and begin between 7th September 2026 and 12th October 2026.

Stipend & Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to 8,000 comprised of fixed pay of INR 4,000 to 6,000 plus incentives of INR 1,000 to 2,000.
- Opportunity for a job offer upon successful completion, with a potential annual salary between INR 200,000 to 250,000.
