About the Internship
The selected intern will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily studio operations including maintenance, housekeeping, and visual merchandising to provide a consistent and premium brand experience. Engaging with walk-in customers to understand their needs, offering tailored design suggestions, and presenting products with thorough aesthetic and functional knowledge will be key tasks. Establishing and maintaining strong professional networks with architects and designers through regular interactions and collaborative efforts will help enhance brand partnerships and visibility.
The role also involves preparing detailed performance reports and actionable insights for the marketing team to optimize lead generation and campaign effectiveness. Additionally, the intern will plan and execute in-studio events to promote brand awareness, build customer relationships, and increase lead generation. Efficient management and follow-up of sales leads originating from platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, and email are also part of the duties to convert inquiries into sales.
