Key Responsibilities
- Establish connections and network with real estate consultants by visiting them personally to foster partnerships.
- Generate potential leads for 3 BHK apartments in the growing industrial hub of Vapi and commercial office spaces located in Andheri.
- Develop and nurture relationships with brokers and agents to support business expansion.
- Drive revenue growth by successfully leasing out commercial office properties.
- Engage corporate clients to assess and fulfill their office space requirements.
- Plan and execute lead generation initiatives targeting prospective customers.
- Leverage social media channels to promote properties and attract new clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship in Mumbai.
- Available to start between September 22, 2026, and October 27, 2026.
- Commitment to a 3-month internship duration.
- Possess relevant skills and interests aligned with sales and marketing functions.
Compensation and Benefits
