About the Internship
This internship involves managing student onboarding processes efficiently by setting up accounts and providing immediate platform access. The intern will be responsible for improving course completion by conducting regular, structured follow-ups to motivate active involvement and encourage student referrals. Acting as the main point of contact, the intern will promptly resolve learner issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. Collaboration with cross-functional technical teams will be necessary to address any platform-related challenges and ensure engagement and retention goals are met. The intern will also collect and analyze student feedback to help enhance sales messaging and support upcoming product launches.
