Role Description

This internship involves managing communication with potential students and parents, offering guidance on our programs, and supporting the full admissions process to maximize enrollment success.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound and outbound queries from prospective students and their guardians via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other approved communication tools.
• Advise parents and students about Taivas Education's program offerings, batch options, teaching methods, and expected learning outcomes to assist them in making well-informed enrollment choices.
• Oversee the complete admissions journey including qualifying leads, conducting follow-ups, arranging trial classes, facilitating conversions, and coordinating fee collection.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Applicants should be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Dwarka.
• Internship start date must be between August 21, 2026, and September 25, 2026, with a commitment of three months.
• Candidates must possess relevant skills and a strong interest in sales and marketing, particularly within an educational startup setting.
