Internship Overview & Responsibilities

The selected intern will undertake multiple responsibilities to facilitate software training and product support, including:

• Conducting onboarding and software training sessions for clients to clearly explain software functionalities, workflows, and processes.
• Addressing user queries and resolving basic usage issues during training sessions.
• Hosting live training, webinars, and product demos, both online and in person, tailored to user needs.
• Developing straightforward training videos highlighting various software features and procedures.
• Creating training guides, tutorials, and other educational materials, maintaining and organizing content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Updating training resources to reflect changes in software features or processes.
• Supporting other product-related activities such as testing, documentation, and initiatives to enhance user experience when training demands are lower.

Who Can Apply

• Candidates must be available to work remotely.
• Applicants should be able to start between September 16, 2026, and October 21, 2026.
• Availability for a duration of 4 months is required.
• Relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role are essential.

Stipend and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 7,000 to 15,000, comprising a fixed pay of INR 5,000-10,000 plus incentives of INR 2,000-5,000.
• Certificate of internship completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
• Work schedule consists of 5 days a week.
