Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Intern passionate about Instagram, Reels, trending internet content, and creators. The ideal candidate will instinctively think about creating captivating Reels and collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop content, identify emerging trends, experiment with various formats, and enhance &Done's social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and support the creation of Instagram Reels, posts, stories, and other social-media-first content.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera and featuring yourself in content.
• Continuously monitor trends, memes, popular sounds, content formats, and upcoming creators on social platforms.
• Ideate fresh and innovative content concepts.
• Assist in planning and implementing the social media content calendar.
• Shoot basic video content using a smartphone and liaise with the creative team for production support.
• Compose engaging captions, hooks, and short-form writing that captivates audiences.
• Track performance metrics to optimize content reach and engagement.
• Conduct competitor and category trend analysis to stay ahead.

Candidate Profile

• Enthusiast of social media who spends significant time exploring Instagram.
• Possesses an intuitive understanding of what content grabs attention.
• Enjoys creating Reels, Stories, and other social media material personally.
• Comfortable being the on-screen face of content when needed.
• Has a strong sense of humor, visual aesthetics, and knowledge of internet culture.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to experiment with new ideas.
• Able to identify trends before they become widespread.
• Good communication skills and articulate expression.
• Fresh graduates, students, or individuals with up to two years of relevant experience are welcome.
• A strong academic record and/or study at reputed institutions is favourable.

Additional Information

• Successful interns who convert to full-time employees may expect an annual salary between ₹350,000 and ₹360,000.
