About the Internship
Join Iybee Technologies as a Market Research Intern working remotely. You'll be responsible for managing the entire US prospect pipeline, including researching, qualifying leads, outreach, follow-up, and handing over qualified prospects. You'll develop detailed company profiles by collating data such as industry, size, decision makers, contacts, software usage, and pain points from multiple sources.
You will communicate directly with US prospects to understand their current systems and challenges, qualifying their suitability. Maintaining an accurate and updated CRM or lead tracker to keep records organized and actionable will be a key task.
This role requires analytical skills to quickly assess a company’s website, social media, and reviews to hypothesize potential problems and how Iybee’s software might provide solutions. You'll be expected to report regularly on pipeline development, outreach volume, reply rates, and meetings booked, providing clear summaries and insights based on observations.
Working Hours
Interns will work 8 hours daily, ensuring at least 5-6 hours overlap with US business hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in spoken and written English, as interaction with American business owners is frequent.
- Strong research abilities to find company financials, plant sizes, and operational heads from public resources and to identify potential pain points.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data filtering, basic formulas, and structured data management.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfort with LinkedIn and basic web research tools.
Additional Details
- The stipend structure includes a fixed monthly pay between ₹10,000 and ₹15,000 plus an additional monthly incentive of ₹10,000.
- Successful interns have the opportunity for a job offer with an annual salary ranging from ₹500,000 to ₹1,200,000 upon conversion to permanent employee status.
