Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of social media plans to meet company marketing goals.
- Prepare, schedule, and post captivating content on channels including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Explore trending themes, hashtags, and innovative content formats to keep social profiles relevant and fresh.
- Engage with the audience by managing comments and messages thoughtfully.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop posts, reels, and video campaigns.
- Organize and maintain the social media content calendar diligently.
- Monitor social media metrics and compile basic performance reports using analytics tools.
- Stay informed about updates and emerging trends in social media platforms and content methods.
- Assist in strategizing and refining social media campaigns for optimal impact.
- Support partnerships and collaborations with influencers, creators, and brands as needed.
- Bring innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and reach.
Candidate Requirements
- Availability for a remote internship with working hours aligned to 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Indian Standard Time.
- Commitment to a 3-month full-time internship, starting between September 14, 2026, and October 19, 2026.
- Strong grasp of primary social media channels, especially Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Creative mindset to generate engaging and fresh content ideas.
- Basic skills in Canva and familiarity with video editing tools is advantageous.
- Experience with social media management platforms such as Meta Business Suite or Buffer is a plus.
- Fundamental knowledge of social media analytics and insights interpretation.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Enthusiasm for learning, experimenting, and keeping up with emerging social media trends.
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Open to fresh graduates or those with personal projects and relevant college experience in social media marketing.
- Prior involvement in managing social pages or content production is beneficial.
