About the Internship
Join Micronxt Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Marketing Intern based in Bangalore, with a fully onsite commitment for two months. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with customers, promote the company’s app, and assist with troubleshooting technical issues. You will support app adoption by explaining features, guiding users through orders and payments, and collaborating with the team to resolve documentation of technical challenges.
Daily Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to clearly communicate the app’s benefits and functionalities.
- Motivate and assist users to increase app usage, especially regarding ordering and payment processes.
- Record technical problems encountered by users and work alongside the development team to address them.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between 4th October 2026 and 8th November 2026.
- Residence in Bangalore is mandatory due to the onsite nature of the internship.
- Background or strong interest in marketing, business, or customer experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in customer interaction.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for logging and summarizing feedback data.
- A proactive mindset with an availability commitment for the entire 45-day internship period.
- Fresh graduates or current students with the relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
Stipend & Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from ₹5,001 to ₹7,501, including a fixed and a minor incentive component.
- Successful interns stand a chance to receive a job offer with an annual salary between ₹2,40,000 and ₹3,60,000.
