FileSure India Pvt Ltd, a startup revolutionizing compliance in India through a tech-based platform, is seeking motivated sales interns. The internship involves proactive outbound sales to potential business clients and compliance professionals, demonstrating the simplicity and strengths of FileSure’s services. This role demands confident communication and a drive to meet targets.
Responsibilities
- Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to potential B2B clients, ensuring a high number of successful connections
- Engage with business owners and compliance experts to present and explain FileSure’s offerings
- Consistently meet monthly sales objectives
- Log daily call activities, results, and plan necessary follow-ups
- Maintain attendance and regular activity reports
- Collaborate with internal teams regarding lead progress and sales conversions
Who Can Apply
Candidates must be available to work remotely and start between 21st September and 26th October 2026. They should be able to commit to a three-month duration and possess skills relevant to sales and lead generation.
Requirements
- Proficient in spoken English and Hindi
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Reliable and disciplined with daily reporting duties
- Access to personal laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connectivity
- Comfortable with remote working arrangements
Stipend and Incentives
The internship offers a fixed monthly stipend of ₹7,000. Performance incentives include:
- Bonus ₹3,000 for achieving ₹1 lakh in sales within a month, increasing total payout to ₹10,000
- Additional incentives on sales exceeding ₹1 lakh
- Potential for a pre-placement offer based on internship performance and company needs
