The apprentice will collaborate closely with sales, events, and marketing teams to gain hands-on experience while providing administrative assistance dedicated to increasing revenue and managing room bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with sales, events, and marketing departments to understand hospitality sales workflows and support administrative tasks effectively.
- Handle client inquiries through phone and email, prepare sales proposals, contracts, and group booking agreements.
- Maintain accurate client information in the hotel's property management system (PMS) or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Lead property tours showcasing rooms, meeting areas, and facilities to potential clients.
- Assist the events team in organizing and managing corporate and social events.
- Develop and sustain positive relations with current, past, and potential guests.
- Conduct competitive market analysis tracking local competitor rates, offers, and marketing strategies.
- Support outreach activities including lead generation campaigns and community networking.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be available for full-time, in-office internship lasting six months starting between September 3 and October 8, 2026.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled in or planning to join a hospitality or business apprenticeship program.
