This role provides hands-on exposure to the fast-moving talent acquisition process in an innovative supply chain company based in Uttar Pradesh, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in sourcing and evaluating candidates for multiple job openings.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability and qualifications.
- Organize and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment databases and monitor recruitment-related data.
- Work collaboratively with HR team members to devise recruitment strategies.
- Assist in new employee onboarding and help arrange recruitment-related events.
- Keep informed about current recruitment trends and best practices.

- Must be able to work from home throughout the internship.
- Available to commence the internship between August 22, 2026 and September 26, 2026.
- Committed to a six-month internship duration.

Compensation and Benefits
The stipend for this internship ranges from ₹2,000 to ₹3,000 per month, structured as a fixed pay of ₹1,500–2,000 plus an incentive component of ₹500–1,000.
