Role Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Conduct resume screening and initial candidate interviews to evaluate suitability for open positions.
- Organize and schedule interviews between potential hires and company hiring managers.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, updating them on their application progress.
- Participate in negotiating offers to help secure new employees.
- Utilize recruitment software tools to monitor applicant status and keep systematic records.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment team members to streamline and enhance the hiring process efficiency.
