ConfigTap Innovations seeks a motivated React Native Development Intern to join its Bangalore-based team full-time onsite. This internship offers a six-month opportunity to collaborate with seasoned developers to design, enhance, and maintain mobile applications utilizing React Native. The role emphasizes acquiring practical knowledge in backend development, API integration, and content management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and support mobile apps using React Native framework.
- Create reusable, responsive UI components leveraging React and React Native capabilities.
- Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Work collaboratively on backend development tasks using Node.js for API creation and integration.
- Manage content through Strapi CMS and integrate its API with apps.
- Utilize Supabase and MongoDB for database solutions, authentication, and backend service management.
- Identify and fix application issues across varying devices and operating environments.
- Work closely with designers and developers to implement new features and improvements.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and reusable code aligning with project coding standards.
- Engage in code review processes and follow Git-based workflows for version control.
- Conduct application testing, perform bug identification, and assist in optimizing performance.
- Continually learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies pertinent to the Vya project.
Candidate Eligibility
- Candidates must be available for a full-time onsite internship in Bangalore.
- Internship start date must be between October 12, 2026, and November 16, 2026.
- Applicants should be able to commit for the entire 6-month tenure.
- Ideal candidates possess relevant skills and a keen interest in mobile application development.
- Applicants should ideally be pursuing Computer Science Engineering or related disciplines.
Prerequisite Skills and Knowledge
- Basic understanding of React Native development including components, props, state management, hooks, and navigation.
- Comprehension of mobile UI design principles and responsive layouts.
- Fundamental debugging techniques within React Native applications.
- Good grasp of ReactJS fundamentals, functional components, and React Hooks.
- Understanding of state management and component lifecycle in React.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Experience building React Native apps through academic or personal projects.
- Familiarity with TypeScript programming.
- Knowledge of Android Studio and Xcode environments.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs into applications.
