About the Internship
This internship provides hands-on involvement in enhancing hospital quality and patient safety standards according to NABH requirements. Interns will evaluate current hospital processes, identify areas not meeting accreditation criteria, and develop organizational policies to address deficiencies.
- Perform comprehensive reviews of existing hospital procedures and workflows.
- Pinpoint disparities between current practices and NABH norms.
- Systematically analyze client expectations and organizational culture.
- Formulate policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and manuals aligned with NABH standards to rectify nonconformities.
- Support medical institutions in maintaining thorough records and documentation vital for accreditation.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions for healthcare staff including doctors, nurses, paramedics, and administration.
- Lead seminars and workshops focusing on promoting quality assurance, patient safety, and best operational practices.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be available for a full-time, onsite internship lasting six months, starting between September 27 and November 1, 2026. Candidates should reside in Raipur and demonstrate interest and skills relevant to the role. Women seeking to begin or resume their careers are particularly encouraged to apply.
Stipend and Benefits
The monthly stipend ranges from ₹11,000 to ₹21,000, consisting of a fixed component between ₹10,000 and ₹16,000 plus an incentive of ₹1,000 to ₹5,000. Additional perks include a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
