Propalyst is a tech-driven real estate platform focused on helping customers find verified rental and purchase properties in Bangalore's secondary market. Leveraging a vast network of over 5,000 brokers and utilizing AI to match buyers with suitable homes, Propalyst provides concierge-level service throughout the property search and acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage closely with customers to understand and cater to their property needs while building strong rapport.
- Work with brokers to source and identify relevant property options.
- Accompany clients during property visits to provide guidance and support.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to facilitate deal closures.
- Negotiate terms between customers and brokers when necessary.
- Accurately log leads and viewing details within Propalyst's system.

The opportunity is open to individuals with a street-smart attitude, confidence, excellent people skills, and a strong willingness to learn and hustle. Formal educational background is not a priority; commitment and communication capabilities take precedence. Males are preferred due to the field nature and working hours.
Additional Requirements
- Fluency in English and Kannada with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work weekends when most property viewings occur.
- Must possess a personal bike for travel within prescribed areas.
- Experience in real estate or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
Internship Details & Compensation
- Duration: 3 months.
- Start date: Immediate availability between September 21, 2026, and October 26, 2026.
- Location: Bangalore (positions available in Bellandur/Whitefield/Sarjapur and CBD/Jayanagar/Koramangala areas).
- Working days: 5 days per week with flexible hours.
- Compensation: Fixed stipend of ₹15,000 per month plus commissions ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹100,000 monthly based on deal closures. Total potential earnings can reach ₹80,000 to ₹1,00,000+ per month.
