About the Internship
This internship offers a hands-on experience in the procurement domain at Atlas Copco Industrial Technique, a leader in industrial power tools and manufacturing solutions. The role involves comprehensive engagement in processing purchase orders, supplier management, and procurement documentation using SAP software.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach suppliers for required materials, goods, and services.
- Gather and assess quotations focusing on cost, quality, and delivery conditions.
- Create vendor codes and process purchase orders within SAP.
- Maintain Purchase Info Records and Contract Request Forms (CRFs) in SAP.
- Negotiate terms such as pricing, payments, and contracts with suppliers.
- Track purchase order progress ensuring prompt delivery of materials.
- Coordinate activities between suppliers, logistics, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Keep records of supplier performance and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
- Address issues related to shortages, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in inventory planning to avoid stockouts and excessive inventory.
- Ensure that procurement follows company policies and procedures.
- Generate and analyze procurement reports to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Support order execution and procurement-related tasks to meet deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for full-time, in-office internship.
- Must be able to begin between 9th September 2026 and 14th October 2026.
- Duration of internship is fixed at 6 months.
- Applicants must be residents of Pune.
- Relevant skills and interest in procurement or related fields are necessary.

- Must be a recent graduate in any discipline.
Additional Information
Internship stipend ranges from ₹22,000 to ₹28,000 per month. The internship schedule consists of five working days per week. Benefits include a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, and complimentary snacks and beverages. The application deadline is 9th October 2026.
