Role Responsibilities
- Customize existing Brilliant Directories portals by implementing bespoke designs.
- Develop new functionalities, including tools, automation processes, and AI-backed workflows for Brilliant Directories-powered platforms.
- Comprehend and map entire data flows and user journeys prior to development.
- Perform debugging and troubleshoot code, database queries, integrations, and existing functionalities on portals.
- Convert business needs and concepts into effective technical implementations.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between 3rd September 2026 and 8th October 2026, continuing for six months.
- Open to freshers and Computer Science Engineering students graduating in 2025 or 2026 (BTech-CS, BCA, MCA).
- Must possess programming proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and the ability to write and comprehend functional code beyond mere syntax.
- Strong command over MySQL, including writing and debugging of database queries.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, both in integration and development.
- Familiarity with GitHub, terminal command execution, and adherence to technical instructions.
- Skilled in debugging, problem-solving, and identifying errors in code and database queries.
- Good front-end development expertise, with a focus on creating user-centered interfaces.
- Ability to articulate and plan ideas clearly, simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English, including professional email etiquette.
- Sound understanding of business objectives and alignment of technical solutions accordingly.
- Positive mindset, ownership, and an aptitude for problem-solving.
Internship Benefits and Additional Information
- Monthly stipend ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹12,000.
- Certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, free snacks and beverages, and potential job offer post-internship.
- Following successful conversion, employees may receive annual compensation between ₹240,000 and ₹400,000.
- Selection process involves a three-day on-site boot camp including aptitude tests, group discussions, technical rounds, and MVP project development at the Hyderabad office.
- Post-internship bond requires commitment of 18 months total, including a one-year bond after the internship period.
