About the Internship
This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement AI-powered products, internal workflows, and automation systems at scale. Interns will apply AI to enhance productivity by building end-to-end solutions, from prototyping to production-ready tools, while managing complex tasks involving AI agents and large language models (LLMs).
Key Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive AI-driven products, internal tools, agents, automations, and data or growth systems, utilizing AI to amplify productivity.
- Develop features using code assistants, AI agents, and LLM-based workflows while comprehending and working with underlying codebases.
- Quickly prototype new ideas and improve them for durability, maintainability, and effectiveness in practical use cases.
- Design and deploy agentic workflows that handle information retrieval, tool utilization, and multi-step processes, recognizing and mitigating their limitations and failure scenarios.
- Conduct thorough testing to identify edge cases and ensure implementations meet real-world application requirements.
- Systematically investigate technical issues by formulating hypotheses, running precise tests, and tracing problems to their origins.
- Confirm fixes and implementations before deeming them ready for production deployment.
- Gain in-depth understanding of the business and product context for each project, including user demographics and intended outcomes.
- Critically assess ambiguous or unproductive requirements and suggest more effective, pragmatic solutions when needed.
- Independently learn new technologies, tools, codebases, and domains through research, experiments, and problem-solving.
- Exhibit ownership and accountability by delivering results without the need for detailed supervision and guidance.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship position.
- Should be able to commence the internship between September 3, 2026, and October 8, 2026.
