Internship Description and Responsibilities

As an intern, daily duties focus on multiple operational tasks following company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Key responsibilities include:

• Resolving at least 60 support tickets daily while maintaining an average resolution time under 5 hours.
• Completing app-related tasks accurately at 99% or above by the next day.
• Conducting admission formalities with 99% accuracy within the following day.
• Fulfilling registration formalities timely and maintaining data accuracy of 99%.
• Organizing team assessments thrice monthly, assigning tasks, clarifying doubts, and ensuring team adherence to SOPs.
• Overseeing and guiding subordinates to complete their tasks efficiently and support them in meeting their Key Result Areas (KRAs).

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for this part-time internship lasting 6 months.
• Availability to start between September 4, 2026, and October 9, 2026.
• Possess relevant skills and interests aligned with the internship demands.

Additional Information

• Interns will receive a monthly stipend of INR 6000.
• Work locations include Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Nungambakkam, and Tambaram Sanatorium.
