This role offers practical exposure to operations, vendor relations, and customer service in a remote setup. Our platform redefines storage access for startups and businesses by connecting them to verified warehouses with flexible arrangements and integrated supply chain services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support vendor management activities ensuring prompt goods delivery.
- Address and resolve customer queries professionally via phone and email.
- Design professional presentations using MS PowerPoint for meetings and status reports.
- Work collaboratively to fine-tune operational workflows and boost efficiency.
- Research and analyze to discover potential cost reduction and process improvement areas.
- Assist with inventory monitoring and shipment tracking tasks.
- Engage actively in team discussions and brainstorming to offer fresh operational enhancements.
