Internship Overview
This internship involves a range of administrative and office coordination duties intended to support the smooth functioning of the Sri Aurobindo Centre for Arts and Communication (SACAC). The centre is dedicated to cultivating creative and skilled media professionals by combining theoretical knowledge with practical training across fields like advertising, public relations, photography, filmmaking, and sound design.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective students and leads.
- Keep accurate and updated records of leads and follow-up actions.
- Provide basic informational support about SACAC’s course offerings to prospects.
- Manage and coordinate bookings for spaces including classrooms and studios.
- Maintain organized records of booking schedules.
- Assist with filing, documentation, and maintaining office records.
- Liaise with students, educators, visitors, and other relevant parties.
- Support daily operational and administrative tasks within the office environment.
- Take ownership of allocated responsibilities and ensure completion in a timely manner.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be available full-time and able to work onsite at the Delhi location.
- Internship start date must be between September 17, 2026, and October 22, 2026.
- Commitment to the full duration of the internship, which is 4 months.
