About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on exposure to the dynamic field of public relations within a boutique communications agency specializing in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, jewellery, and hospitality sectors. The intern will engage in various media relations activities including organising PR events and product launches with active field coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and coordinating PR events, product launches, and on-ground activities.
- Identify potential collaboration opportunities and connect with event partners.
- Conduct research and liaise with influencers and content creators for campaign involvement and event participation.
- Manage influencer coordination including deliverables, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Support media outreach efforts and pinpoint relevant PR openings.
- Manage guest lists, RSVP tracking, and fulfil event-related requirements.
- Maintain and update databases related to partners, influencers, and events.
- Coordinate with vendors, brand representatives, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Assist with post-event activities including follow-ups, media coverage monitoring, and reporting.
Candidate Eligibility Criteria
- Available for a full-time, in-office internship located in Mumbai.
- Able to commence the internship between September 29, 2026, and November 3, 2026.
- Commitment to the entire 3-month duration.
- Possess relevant skills and interests aligned with the internship tasks.
Skills and Requirements
- Proficient in creative writing.
- Good command over spoken English.
