Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed research on markets, industries, competitors, and target sectors including government bodies, PSUs, and corporations.
- Identify and target companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator tools.
- Build and manage extensive databases of prospects and contacts for lead generation.
- Assist in professional LinkedIn outreach efforts involving connection requests and messaging.
- Analyze market dynamics, client needs, competitor behavior, and emerging opportunities.
- Compile market research reports, create lists of potential leads, and prepare presentations to communicate findings.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to convert insights into actionable leads.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Strong analytical and research capabilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient use of LinkedIn and online research techniques; familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is advantageous.
- Effective communication and professional outreach skills to engage prospects.
- Experienced in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint for data handling and presentation.
- Self-motivated, detail-focused, eager to learn, and able to work full-time on-site.
- Preferably pursuing or holding an MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Analytics, Sales, or a closely related discipline.
