About the Internship
This internship offers an exciting opportunity to join MARS Cosmetics, a vibrant and innovative color cosmetics brand based in Delhi focused on delivering superior and affordable beauty products. As an intern, you will actively participate in product testing and development, applying makeup products on yourself to assess various qualities such as texture, finish, color payoff, wear, and overall user experience. Your insights will directly inform the New Product Development (NPD) team to refine and enhance cosmetics offerings.
Responsibilities
- Apply and evaluate makeup products on yourself to provide thorough and useful feedback regarding their application, texture, color, appearance, and longevity.
- Support the NPD team by assisting with formulating and experimenting with new makeup products aimed at innovation and excellence.
- Conduct research on current and upcoming global makeup trends, product styles, shades, and techniques to ideate fresh product concepts aligned with consumer preferences.
- Experiment with diverse product textures, shades, and application methods to test their performance and identify new possibilities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially NPD, to communicate observations, share creative ideas, and assist in the development cycle from concept to final product.
- Operate efficiently in a dynamic environment by juggling multiple product-testing activities and clearly reporting your findings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Should be able to commence the internship between 13th September 2026 and 18th October 2026.
- Available to commit for a period of 3 months.
- Possess relevant skills and a keen interest in product development within cosmetics.

- Internship Duration: 3 months.
- Monthly Stipend: INR 14,000 to 15,000.

- Certificate of Completion will be provided upon internship conclusion.
