MARS Cosmetics, a dynamic and trailblazing color cosmetics brand headquartered in Delhi, is seeking a creative Influencer Marketing Intern fluent in Kannada. The ideal candidate will possess an insightful understanding of the local creator environment, current social media trends, and cultural nuances to support marketing efforts.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research to identify suitable Kannada-speaking influencers and content creators.
- Engage and coordinate with these influencers to collaborate on marketing initiatives.
- Support in strategizing, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications with influencers to ensure smooth campaign functioning.
- Keep track of social media developments, popular reels, and new emerging creators relevant to the culture.
- Analyze campaign outcomes and generate concise performance reports.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants should be able to work remotely and commence the internship anytime between 27th August 2026 and 1st October 2026. Commitment to a full three-month duration is essential, along with relevant skills and a strong interest in influencer marketing.
Required Skills and Other Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Kannada language, cultural trends, and social media usage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and influencer-generated content.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 14,000 to INR 15,000. Interns will also receive a certificate upon successful completion.
