About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity for law students to engage with legal matters relevant to technology and SaaS businesses. The intern will be involved in detailed legal research regarding software, data privacy, commercial and technology laws. They will contribute to preparing and reviewing essential legal contracts and documents such as NDAs and commercial agreements. Attention to legal risks and contractual clauses will be a key focus, alongside management of legal records and documentation systems. Ongoing monitoring of legislative changes impacting the tech sector and aiding the legal team in daily operational tasks will also be expected.
Candidate Eligibility
Candidates must be LLB or integrated five-year law course students from a recognized institution, currently pursuing their degree. Applicants should be based in Mumbai and available to commit full-time onsite participation for a six-month period commencing between 30th September 2026 and 4th November 2026. Strong command of legal research, drafting, contract law, and effective communication are essential. A keen eye for detail, independent working ability, and collaborative mindset are required, with a preference for interest in technology law and SaaS-related legal issues.
Compensation and Working Conditions
The monthly stipend ranges from ₹7,000 to ₹10,000. Interns will work five days a week and be eligible for a letter of recommendation upon successful completion of the program.
