About the internship
About the Internship
This internship provides hands-on experience in managing Learning Management System (LMS) content and facilitating employee and intern training programs. You will be responsible for updating courses, monitoring training progress, and collaborating with trainers and participants to ensure smooth execution of training schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain LMS courses, training modules, and associated learning materials.
- Track attendance, progress, and completion rates of training for employees and interns.
- Generate and manage reports related to LMS usage and training outcomes.
- Coordinate with trainers and participants to ensure timely delivery and completion of training programs.
- Assist in administering assessments, quizzes, feedback collection, and continuously enhance the learning programs.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, onsite internship.
- Should be able to commence the internship between 6th September 2026 and 11th October 2026.
- Availability for a 6-month internship period.
- Possess relevant skills and interests in the role.
Other Requirements
- Students or recent graduates in fields such as BBA, B.Com, MBA, HR, Psychology, Education, or related disciplines.
- Interest in Human Resources, Learning & Development, training, or educational technology sectors.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and eager to learn new software platforms.
- Open to freshers and individuals starting their career journey.
Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging between INR 15,000 and INR 20,000. Successful completion may lead to a job offer.
