About the Internship
This opportunity involves managing and enhancing the learning management system (LMS) by updating courses, training modules, and other educational materials. The intern will monitor trainee progress, attendance, and course completions while maintaining detailed reports and records related to LMS activities. Collaboration with trainers and employees is essential to ensure training sessions are completed on time. Additionally, supporting assessments, quizzes, feedback mechanisms, and the continuous refinement of learning programs forms a part of the responsibilities.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship.
- Must be available to start anytime between 7th September 2026 and 12th October 2026.
- Should be available for the entire six-month duration.
- Possession of relevant skills and enthusiasm for the domain is required.
Additional Requirements
- Students or recent graduates from BBA, B.Com, MBA, HR, Psychology, Education, or related disciplines.
- Interest in human resources, learning and development, training, or educational technology sectors.
- Comfortable navigating digital platforms and willing to learn new software.
