About the Internship
Join the Learning & Development (L&D) team within the Healthcare Expansion Department at Supertails, supporting the Continuing Education function and the Supertails Training Academy. This role is highly practical and operational, focusing on coordinating trainings, tracking certifications, facilitating mock drills, data reporting, and managing daily L&D activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed trackers for training completions, certifications, staffing levels, and upcoming training needs.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions, mock drills, assessments, and review processes across various clinics.
- Monitor participant engagement, completion statistics, certification updates, and manage training budgets.
- Assist in logistics and execution of certification programs such as Fear Free and IPD emergency drills.
- Engage with stakeholders regularly, ensure follow-ups, and keep training rollouts on schedule.
- Create and deliver reports and presentations leveraging Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-based tools.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing or having recently completed a postgraduate degree, preferably in Management, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
- Proficiency with AI tools, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Excellent coordination abilities, consistent follow-ups, and effective English written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with clinical-adjacent materials, though no clinical background is necessary.
