About the Internship

As a Lead Generation intern at Innoknowvex, you will play a vital role in supporting sales and marketing efforts by identifying and nurturing potential business leads. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital lead sourcing, communicating with prospects, and collaborating across teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to find potential leads using online platforms and databases
• Utilize digital channels such as social media, email marketing, and websites to generate new leads
• Assist in planning and executing lead generation campaigns and promotional activities
• Evaluate and qualify leads per predefined guidelines before passing them to the sales team
• Keep lead data current using CRM systems or spreadsheet tools
• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, or messaging to foster interest
• Monitor daily lead generation metrics and compile fundamental reports
• Work in coordination with sales and marketing departments to improve lead quality and conversion success
• Contribute ideas for content and campaigns aimed at attracting fresh prospects

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a remote internship starting anytime between October 15, 2026, and November 19, 2026
• Commitment to the full 1-month internship duration is required
• Candidates should possess the relevant skills and keen interest in lead generation and sales
• Open to women seeking to start or restart their careers as well as fresh graduates
• Preference for students pursuing engineering, management, or arts disciplines
• Additional consideration given to student coordinators, event organizers, or club leaders

Stipend and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranges from ₹13,000 to ₹25,000, comprising a fixed pay of ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 plus incentives between ₹5,000 and ₹10,000
• Upon successful conversion to a permanent employee, the expected annual salary ranges from ₹260,000 to ₹450,000
• Interns will receive a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, and may be considered for full-time employment
